The event served as a useful platform for direct communication with employers from the legal sector of the Sumy region and representatives of the Sumy City Employment Center. During the meeting, participants learned about current trends in the regional labor market and specialized vacancies. Special attention was paid to employers’ requirements for future law enforcement officers, working conditions, salary levels, as well as prospects for professional development and career growth. The event was coordinated on behalf of our department by Kateryna Yanishevska, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines and Judiciary.
