As part of the Institute of Law’s Open Day, the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines and Procedure organized a series of hands-on workshops, allowing prospective students to immerse themselves in the “Law Enforcement” degree program.
The highlights included the “Forensics Lab” station, where guests stepped into the shoes of forensic experts. Guided by faculty members, students mastered techniques for detecting and securing trace evidence, utilizing dactyloscopic powders and professional forensic kits. Another high-energy segment featured a basic self-defense training session. Participants learned about the legal boundaries of necessary self-defense and practiced fundamental techniques for neutralizing offenders—essential skills for future police officers and investigators.
