On October 1, 2025, within the framework of the educational project “IP Connecting Students 2.0”, a lecture was held on the topic “Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in the Fields of National Security and Defense: General Provisions.”
The event was organized for students of the educational programs “Intellectual Property” and “Law Enforcement Activity.” During the session, participants had the opportunity to discuss pressing challenges in the field of intellectual property protection under martial law and the increasing role of security institutions. The lecture sparked lively debate among students, who actively engaged in examining the practical aspects of the application of legislation.
The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that intellectual property today is not only an economic, but also a strategic resource that directly affects the state’s defense capabilities and national security.
We extend our gratitude to all participants for their active involvement and interest!
