The Department of Civil Law of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University and the NGO “Civil Law Platform” have announced the results of the competition for the best scientific paper.
🥉 Third place was awarded to Dmytro Murach, a second-year Master’s student at Sumy State University.
Research topic: “Non-fungible token (NFT): Challenges and Prospects for Intellectual Property.”

In accordance with Clause 6.3 of the Regulations on the “Technology & Law” Competition, the scientific papers will be published in the C.P. JOURNAL, the journal of the NGO “Civil Law Platform.”
