Employees of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure – Ruslana DEGTYAR and Yevgenia LYTVYNENKO visited the 19th All-Ukrainian Law School on Judiciary in Conditions of War, which was held on the basis of the European University in Kyiv, on November 18.
During the event, a set of master classes and discussions were held on the problems of modern justice, including in the context of intellectual property; among the invited speakers – Vladyslav BILOTSKY – deputy director of the IP office, adviser to the deputy head of the President’s Office on intellectual property protection with a report on the topic: “Alternative methods of resolving disputes in IP”.
