On March 13, 2024, an open online lecture was held by Ihor Benedysyuk, a judge of the Commercial Court of Cassation as part of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, for applicants of the “Intellectual Property” educational program.
During the lecture, Ihor Mykhailovych emphasized the importance of judicial reform in the context of establishing the specialization of courts, in particular in the field of intellectual property. He also shared specific cases from his practice, which allowed the participants of the lecture to better understand the peculiarities of judicial work in this area. It is worth noting that Ihor Benedysiuk has considerable experience in the field of justice, as he previously held the position of Chairman of the Supreme Council of Justice and Chairman of the Supreme Council of Justice, and now continues to actively contribute to the development of justice in Ukraine through his professional activity as a member of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
