On April 22, 2026, an open online lecture was held at the academic and research institute of law of Sumy State University, featuring Hanna Shcherba, a representative of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
The lecture focused on the execution of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, including issues of just satisfaction, individual measures, and the impact of the Court’s decisions on national legislation.
The event brought together students majoring in Law, International Law, as well as Law Enforcement, for whom such initiatives are an important component in developing practical competencies in the field of human rights protection and law enforcement practice.
The lecture concluded with an engaging discussion, where participants had the opportunity to ask questions and receive professional insights.
