On October 17, 2025, members of the project working group of the Educational Programme “Intellectual Property” at the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines and Judiciary — Kateryna Yanishevska and Yevheniia Lytvynenko — participated in the webinar “Prospects for the Implementation of Certain Provisions of EU Law Acts in the Field of Copyright and Related Rights in Ukraine.”
The event was held within the framework of the project “IP Insight: European Course of Reforms”, implemented by the Academy of Intellectual Property Department of UKRNIOIVI with the support of the WIPO Academy.
During the webinar, the participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the current approaches of the European Union to improving the copyright system and to discuss the prospects for adapting these approaches to Ukrainian legislation.
The acquired knowledge will contribute to enhancing the content of the “Intellectual Property” educational programme and developing modern competences in the field of intellectual property law.
