Olena Tymoshenko, a graduate student of the Criminal Law and Procedure department, as part of an international virtual scientific internship, participated in the “LAITECH2023 Student Conference The Law” in Tallinn, Estonia, presenting her report: “Innovative technologies in countering 3D printed guns”. In her work, Olena emphasized that combating 3D weapon smuggling is widespread and requires constant improvement and introduction of new technologies. She noted that effective innovative methods are the introduction of biometric technologies, the use of cryptography, blockchain and artificial intelligence technology.
