The post-industrial era has brought the field of media and telecommunications technologies to the fore. This is a trend for many years to come. As a result, there is a growing need to provide the domestic labor market with qualified professionals in the field of legal protection and protection of intellectual property, such as legal advisers, lawyers, corporate lawyers, patent attorneys, forensic experts, IT lawyers and other professionals. It should be noted that the number of specialists in the field of intellectual property is limited, and their training is not carried out by any regional institution of higher education.

The educational program “Intellectual Property” is based on the study of the best European, international practices in the field of intellectual property law.

The main emphasis in the educational program “Intellectual Property” is on the fact that graduates can evaluate the current regulations, identify conflicts in them, draft legal acts and be able to interpret them, as well as the study of details, subtleties of practical implementation of law, obtaining ideas about how the rules of law are used in practice.

The program results allow graduates to be able to accompany the acquisition and protection of intellectual property rights, to protect intellectual property abroad, to organize legal support for intellectual property management, in particular in the innovation sphere, to provide legal regulation of intellectual property protection at the customs border.
