On May 7, 2025, Olha Maletova, Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure, participated in the online event “Findings from the OECD Review on Integrity and Anti-Corruption in Ukraine.”
The event, organized with the participation of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), served as a platform for discussing key challenges and policy recommendations aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s anti-corruption framework. The participants were welcomed by Viktor Pavlushchyk, Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP); Oleksandr Yarema, State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine; Janos Bertok, Deputy Director of the OECD Directorate for Public Governance; and Julia Fromholz, Head of the OECD Anti-Corruption Division.
The event featured presentations on the results of the Review, focusing on public sector integrity (delivered by Eliana Kontseviciute) and business integrity (presented by Erekle Urushadze). The discussion included contributions from representatives of the NACP, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service (NAUCS), the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, and other leading experts in the fields of public administration and internal financial control.
