On February 13, 2025, the Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure, Olha Maletova, took part in a program session dedicated to developing a strategy for fostering integrity in higher education. The event was hosted at the Integrity Hub of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) and brought together academics, educators, and representatives of state institutions.
The participants discussed key challenges and prospects for implementing the principles of academic integrity in Ukrainian universities, explored ways to enhance the responsibility of higher education institutions for upholding ethical standards, and examined effective mechanisms for preventing corruption in the academic environment.
The Department of Criminal Law and Justice continues to actively engage in initiatives aimed at strengthening academic integrity and supports the development of strategic approaches to its reinforcement in the sphere of higher education in Ukraine.
