Ruslana DEHTYAR, a teaching intern from the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines and Judicial Proceedings, completed the Genesis IT Law Intensive lecture course – a week of 5 live lectures by the Ukrainian co-founding IT company Genesis.
Throughout the week, program participants had the opportunity to learn about key aspects of IT law, including intellectual property, personal data protection, consumer rights, startup financing, and artificial intelligence regulation. The lectures were conducted by experienced senior-level and C-level professionals from Genesis and partner companies. The Genesis IT Law Intensive provided participants with an opportunity to familiarize themselves with best practices from leading industry experts. Lecturers shared their experiences, provided practical advice, and answered attendees’ questions, fostering a deeper understanding of the legal aspects in the IT sector.
The program aimed to enhance the qualifications of lawyers and other professionals interested in deepening their knowledge in the field of IT law. Participants received a unique opportunity to gain knowledge from experts, which will assist them in professional development and career growth.
