The Criminal Law and Procedure Department of the Academic and Research Institute of Law at SumDU has established a new scientific club called “Horizons of Intellectual Law.”
On November 21, 2024, the Criminal Law and Procedure Department officially launched its new scientific club, “Horizons of Intellectual Law.” The club aims to provide an in-depth study of pressing issues in intellectual property and the legal regulation of innovative activities.
Objectives of the Club:
- Comprehensive study of current legal challenges
- Development of students’ research skills
- Preparation of scientific publications
- Participation in conferences and competitions
Key Areas of Activity:
Club members will focus on researching:
- Modern trends in intellectual property law
- Legal aspects of protecting innovative developments
- International experiences in regulating intellectual property
