On 19 February 2026, Yevheniia Lytvynenko, Assistant of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines and Procedure, took part in the Academic Integrity Forum organized by the NGO “Prohresylni” in cooperation with VTFK. The event brought together representatives of the academic and educational community to discuss current challenges and modern approaches to ensuring the principles of academic integrity in the context of digitalization and the active use of artificial intelligence technologies.
During the Forum, participants addressed practical aspects of implementing national legislation in the field of academic integrity, tools for assessing academic practices, mechanisms for preventing violations, and international experience in fostering a culture of integrity.
As a result of her participation, Yevheniia Lytvynenko received a certificate and enhanced her professional competencies in the following areas:

implementation of Ukrainian legislation on academic integrity into the practice of higher education institutions;

application of modern methods for detecting and preventing violations, including the use of artificial intelligence tools;

adaptation of international experience (in particular, UK practices) to the national educational context;

development and implementation of programs aimed at promoting a culture of academic integrity;
-
strengthening corporate and academic ethics in educational, research, and professional environments.
Participation in professional forums of this level contributes to the continuous professional development of academic staff and enhances the quality of the educational process.
