Within the framework of the educational project 2023-2026 – EUEPPDC – 101125350 – ERASMUS-JMO-2023-MODULE: EU Experience in Protecting Personal Data in Cyberspace under the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module, a landmark lecture was held on the topic “Challenges of Modernity in the Field of Personal Data Protection”. The lecture was conducted by Mikhail Dumchykov, a senior lecturer and project leader.
As part of the Erasmus+-funded educational project EUEPPDC – 101125350, a significant lecture was delivered by Mikhail Dumchykov, a renowned expert in cybersecurity and the project leader. The event focused on pertinent issues such as the impact of Big Data and blockchain technologies on privacy, the assessment of benefits and risks associated with large datasets, and the analysis of interactions between Web 2.0 and 3.0 platforms.
The discussion sparked considerable interest among participants, highlighting the challenges and opportunities associated with ensuring confidentiality in the digital age. The lecture attracted students from the fields of Law, International Law, and the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technologies, demonstrating a high interest in integrating knowledge across different disciplines. The event was highly rated by attendees, who actively participated in discussions and posed questions.
