Based on an agreement between the State Organization “Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property and Innovation” and Sumy State University (SumSU), the Technology and Innovation Support Center, or TISC, was established.
TISC is an international project aimed at supporting inventions, innovations and startups, initiated by the World Intellectual Property Organization. It is an atypical government support instrument that actively cooperates with innovative companies to provide them with support and advice.
Services provided to users at TISC include:
Access to patent and non-patent information resources.
Advice on using these resources.
Organization of distance learning according to the programs of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
