On November 16, 2023, the head of the Criminal Law and Procedure Department Olga Bondarenko took part in a joint online discussion between JustTalk and the Center Dnistryanskyi on the topic “Artificial intelligence and advocacy: opportunities, risks and limits of application”.
During the discussion, questions were raised about the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the activities of lawyers, the legal and ethical limits of such activities, and the prospects for the further development of artificial intelligence in the legal field.
