An assistant of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure, Ms. Yevheniia Lytvynenko, has successfully completed the “Training of Trainers” (ToT) program for technology transfer managers, organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. This initiative aimed to equip highly qualified professionals capable of effectively integrating scientific innovations into the real economy.
Throughout the training, participants enhanced their professional competencies in innovation management and the commercialization of scientific projects. Ms. Lytvynenko mastered cutting-edge methodologies and tools for managing technological ventures, studied best practices for fostering collaboration between academia and industry, and acquired practical skills essential for guiding innovative initiatives. These achievements will contribute to more effective technology transfer within the university community, ultimately strengthening the nation’s innovative potential.
