On July 8, 2022, for the purpose of practical-oriented training of applicants and conducting joint scientific research, a branch of the Criminal Law and Proceduce Department of the Academic and Research Institute Law was established on the basis of the Sumy Research Expert and Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The Branch of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure of the Academic and Research Institute Law on the basis of the Sumy Research Expert Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (hereinafter – the Branch) is an educational and scientific structural unit of the Sumy State University (hereinafter – Sumy State University), which conducts educational, methodological , scientific-research and scientific-practical activity in one or more related disciplines and related to training, retraining and advanced training of specialists in specialty 081 “Law”.
