The subcommittee, chaired by the Head of the Department, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Olha Maletova, and composed of Doctor of Law, Professor Volodymyr Sukhonos, and Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Mykhailo Dumchykov, reviewed 16 research papers submitted by students of group PO-41. The papers were evaluated according to the criteria of scientific novelty, theoretical level, practical relevance, academic integrity, and the quality of the public presentation.
According to the results of the evaluation, first place was awarded to Oleksandra Maltseva for her paper “Release from Punishment and from Serving a Sentence.” Second place was awarded to Khrystyna Horkava for her research “Complicity in a Criminal Offense: Concept, Forms, and Types.” Third place was awarded to Mariia Pelykh for her paper “Principles of Criminal Law of Ukraine and Their Implementation in Law Enforcement Practice.”
The Department of Criminal Law Disciplines and Judicial Proceedings sincerely congratulates the winners and all participants of the competition and expresses its gratitude to the academic supervisors for their dedicated efforts in mentoring and supporting young researchers.
