Ruslana DEGTYAR, a teacher-trainee of the department, received a certificate of professional development for successfully completing the intensive course for teachers of higher education institutions on teaching the course “Creation and development of IT products”.

The course was developed by the IT company Genesis, the NGO “Educational Foundation of Product IT” and the EdEra online education studio with the support of the Ministry of Digital and Ministry of Education and Science.
The received certificate gives the right to integrate the course “Creation and development of IT products”. The course materials and acquired knowledge will be used during the teaching of the educational disciplines “Copyright in IT” for students of the “Intellectual Property” educational program and are aimed at forming students’ basic knowledge of product IT, entrepreneurship and product management, as well as competence for the first steps in the product IT company or starting your own product IT business.
In addition, students will have the opportunity to take the course “Creation and development of IT products” as an informal education. The course materials include video lectures, interviews, screencasts, text summaries, infographics, and a simulator on the platform.

In 2023, within the “Jean Monet” direction of the Erasmus+ program, the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure became the winner in two projects, in particular:

1) “EU Experience on the Protection of Personal Data in Cyberspace” – manager Dumchykov Mykhailo

2) “The Protection of IP Rights of Researchers and Research Institutions in Ukraine: Best EU Practices” – manager Utkina Marina
