01.12.2020р. as part of the study of the discipline “Civil Law” (teachers Ph.D., Associate Professor Goncharova AV and Ph.D. Gribacheva IP) was held online classes with the Chairman of the District Court Shelekhova GV on the topic “Compensation for non-pecuniary damage”. The report revealed the concept of non-pecuniary damage, the grounds for its compensation, methods and examples of proving non-pecuniary damage and the amount of its compensation. The judge also gave examples from case law on compensation for non-pecuniary damage in criminal and civil cases.
