Department scientific work is based on the basis of complex scientific theme “Organization and principles of activity of judicial power of Ukraine: essence, term, modern activity state and ways of organization of administrative and legal fundaments of formation of positive look”.
Scientific developments on the given theme, results of which are described in guidelines, scientific articles, and also in thesis are actively carried out.
Scientific articles of lecturers are published on the pages of authoritative native and foreign professional publication, among them which are accounted by database Scopus. Subject of publications is focused on the most topical issues of the modern development of legal science.
To enhance opportunities for extracurricular communication and research work of lecturers and students it was created Student Scientific Society at the department whose members:
- actively participate in scientific and practical conferences, which take place as at university, as beyond its limits;
- are engaged in scientific researches, including participation in competition of scientific and research works;
- take part in academic competitions on different branches of jurisprudence as at university level, as at state;
- public their scientific articles co-authored by lecturers of the department.
