The department’s scientific work is based on a complex scientific topic “Organization and principles of the judiciary of Ukraine: the essence, concept, current state of activity and ways of organizing the administrative and legal basis for the formation of a positive image.” The department is actively conducting research on this topic, the results of which are reflected in manuals, scientific articles, as well as dissertations.
Scientific articles of teachers of the department are published on the pages of authoritative domestic and foreign professional publications, including those that are recorded in the Scopus database. Topics of publications focus on the most pressing issues of modern development of legal science.
To expand the opportunities for extracurricular communication and scientific work of teachers with students at the department created the Student Scientific Society, whose members are:
* take an active part in scientific and scientific-practical conferences, which are held both at the university and abroad;
* are engaged in research work, including participation in competitions of research works;
* take part in competitions in legal disciplines both at the university and at the state level;
* publish scientific articles in co-authorship with teachers of the department.
